Average fantasy adventure - This book follows the story of a thief, Artek who must venture into the labyrinthine maze of tunnels that is Undermountain, beneath the city of Waterdeep. Along the way he is joined by a mixed group of adventurers, some with their own agenda. The plot, writing and characters are nothing special and this book doesn t do anything that several dozen other fantasy books do better. Nevertheless there is some enjoyment to be gained from reading this, just don t expect anything special.
Amazing - After so many books not really worth reading, Mark anthony delivers the goods. An adventure that really grips you from beginning to end. With a cast of unlikely heroes and a gripping tale. Very recommended.
